  • Cranberry juice, 1 – 1/2 cups
  • 1 banana

Snack

  • 3 oatmeal-raisin cookies
  • Fruit yogurt, 1 cup

Dinner

  • Broiled sirloin beef, 3 oz.
  • Romaine lettuce, 1 cup
  • Italian dressing, 2 tsp.
  • Green beans, 1 cup
  • Skim milk 1/2 cup
