Joy Nollenberg, Executive Director of The Joy Project, was the recipient of WCCO Radio’s “Good Neighbor Award” on November 2, 2007. The Good Neighbor Award is awarded to individuals who have dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to the greater good through volunteering. Congrats, Joy!
